Shayne Fili is one of Omaha’s most noted and practiced auctioneers. For 14 years she has been providing superior auction services to businesses and individuals.
Her experience and dedication to helping customers navigate the auction and appraisal processes have built Auction Solutions Inc. into the busiest and most productive auction company in the area.
Shayne attended Missouri Auction School in 1999, graduated from the Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America in 2001, and graduated from the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute in 2003. In 2011 she attended the Professional Ringmen’s Institute and became a USPAP certified personal property appraiser in 2012. Shayne is a past board member and President of the Nebraska Auctioneer’s Association. She holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in both Nebraska and Iowa, and is a Benefit Auction Specialist.
Shayne is a Nebraska native and spent her childhood summers on the family farmstead near Arnold, Nebraska, where she developed a love for animals. She has also attended vet tech school and been the superintendent at the Nebraska State Fair Draft Horse Show for several years.
Mark is one of the Omaha area’s most active and proficient auctioneers. Since 2001 he has conducted several hundred successful auctions. From setting up equipment on auction day to marketing and client sales, Mark’s commitment to Auction Solutions is unmistakable.
Mark graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2003 and earned a Nebraska real estate license in 2004. He is Secretary of the Nebraska Auctioneer’s Association and in 2011 graduated from the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute. In 2011 he attended the Professional Ringmen’s Institute and became certified as a General Personal Property Appraiser in 2012. He also passed the national test for the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices.
Mark has always called Omaha home, and spent the early part of his career in the automotive industry. Cars continue to be a passion for Mark, both on the collector’s side and as a professional driver; holding National Competition and National Technician licenses with the SCCA. He served on the board of directors for the SkillsUSA organization and on the board of the local Sports Car Club of America.
