Payment must be made with Cash or Credit Card or Check. All items must be paid for day of sale, prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. 5% offsite buyer's premium applies at this sale.
Firearms Terms: In order to purchase any fire arm, except black powder and relic, you must have a valid permit to purchase issued by the county sherrif of your county of residence in the state of Nebraska or a valid FFL or C and R license. Any firearm sold to an out of state buyer will be shipped from our FFL dealer in Omaha, NE. A $15 transfer fee will be charged for each firearm.
