Consign your vehicle for only 250.00. No commision, no advertising fee, not even a no sale fee. It will cost you only $250 to register your vehicle with no strings attached. Register your car before 7-30-11 and receive a $25 discount. Call now while we still have room. Space is limited.

With this registration fee you get a world wide advertising campaign that includes Hemmings Motor News, Old Cars Weekly, a live internet Simulcast Auction on Proxibod AND a two week post auction online listing if your car does not meet it's reserve at the auction. All vehicles will be cataloged and sold in order as they are registered. The sooner you register, the more online exposure your vehicle receives.

This is the largest car show in Nebraska. Over 20.000 people are expected to attend and a registration of between 700 and 800 cars is expected.

We also will accept memoabilia and auto related collecitbles. Project cars, exotics, special interest, motorcycles and aircraft are welcome.

Buyers:

You pay only a 5% buyer's premium on your purchase. No registration, title, or ticket fees of any kind.

Auction Terms

Payment must be made with Cash or Credit Card or Check. All items must be paid for day of sale, prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. 5% onsite and 7.5% offsite buyer's premium applies at this sale.

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Solutions, inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auction Solutions, inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Solutions, inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

All merchandise must be paid in full prior to leaving the auction site. Vehicles will be held until the check clears unless previous arrangements have been made with the auction company. Your credit card will be billed for the items you purchased immediately upon completion of the auction. Your credit card will be billed separately for the shipping charges once the items have been packed and shipped. Credit cards are not kept on file with Auction Solutions. Declined Cards will be subject to a $35.00 transaction fee.
