This will be the First Ever Online Simulcast Storage Unit Auction in the Country to Utilize Proxibid's Online Bidding Platform. Online Inspection via Live Video Feed.

No one knows what we will uncover or discover. These units contain Hidden Treasures. The contents of these containers have not been seen by us or the storage company.

We will conduct this Auction in similar fashion to the auctions seen on Storage Wars and Auction Hunters. These storage units will be opened immediatly prior to starting the bidding for a brief inspection period and then the entire locker will be sold for one price to the highest bidder.

In addition, a 2002 Cadillac Escalade will be sold at this auction.

Items must be removed and units must be emptied by Sunday 6-12-11. Internet buyers can make arrangements with the management to extend this time if necessary.

During previous storage unit auctions we sold a 2004 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, 1986 Jaguar VanDen Plas, 1998 Chevrolet pickup, 1978 MG Midget, Suzuki dirt bike, Polaris quad, a 2 year old Toshiba 60" big screen Television and a 36" plasma screen TV, several leather couches and chairs, hunting and fishing equipment as well as a wide selection of hand and power tools. This is just a small list of the wide variety of high quality items that were sold at our previous storage auctions.

There will be restrooms on site.

Auction Terms

Please note these terms specific for storage auctions:

Because we do not know what will be discovered when we open the doors, the following additional terms apply to Firearms, Alcohol and Titled Vehicles

Firearms: Will be turned in to the management for investigation by the authorities. No firearms will be sold immediately upon discovery.

Alcohol: Purchaser must be 21 years of age or over and must sign an affidavit that the alcohol is for personal use only and will not be resold.

Titled Vehicles: Any titled vehicles discovered day of sale will be set aside until it can be verified that there are no liens or encumbrances against that vehicle.

We will accept Cash and Credit Cards Only at this Auction, NO CHECKS

Terms: Payment must be made with Cash or Credit Card only. All items must be paid for day of sale, prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. All sales are final.
