Abandoned Property in this home sells to the highest bidder as one lot. Items will not be separated. The entire contents sells for one price. Bidder has until 8PM on auction day to remove the items or forfeit any remaining items. Real Estate and fixtures attached to the real property are not included in this sale.

Payment must be made with Cash or Credit Card only. All items must be paid for day of sale, prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis.

Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. All sales are final.
